All sales on Raiclo are final. As every item is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed. Please review your size, color, and order details carefully before checking out. Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll work with you to make it right. Order cancellations: Since production begins shortly after an order is placed, we're unable to cancel or modify orders once confirmed.
